The path
From first call to signed, in five stops
Most plans take two visits: one to talk and one to sign.
- 01
Step 1: Call, text or book online
Tell Orville what is on your mind and pick a time, weekday or Saturday. Nothing to prepare.
- 02
Step 2: Thirty minutes, free
You talk, Lenora asks, and you leave knowing what you need and what it costs. The consult is free, and you owe nothing unless you hire the office.
- 03
Step 3: A flat fee, in writing
One number for the documents and the signing. If your needs change, the quote changes in writing too.
- 04
Step 4: Drafts you can read
Plain-language drafts arrive for you to mark up at home, with a call to talk through anything.
- 05
Step 5: Signing day
Witnesses and a notary are in the room. You leave with copies and a plan for where the originals live.
Before you come
What to bring, and what not to worry about
A rough list
Home, accounts, policies, a business. Round numbers are fine.
Your people
Names of the people you want to inherit, decide and look after things.
Old paperwork
Any will, trust or deed you already have, even if it is out of date.
Your questions
Including the awkward ones. Especially the awkward ones.
